This program is practice-led and industry engaged, offering embedded fieldwork placements, to best prepare you for your professional career as a social worker. Choose to study full or part-time, with a flexible 'night school' approach to class times to suit your work and care responsibilities at home.
This program requires you to have a bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study. If you hold a bachelors degree in an unrelated area you can qualify for entry into this program through the completion of the Graduate Certificate in Human and Social Services.

• Bachelor Honours Degree or Bachelor Degree in a related field, that contains at least one year, or the equivalent, of full-time studies in the social and behavioural sciences; or • UON Graduate Certificate in Human and Social Services. • Related fields include human services, social sciences, social and community welfare, youth work, psychology, nursing, and education. • To be accepted into the program, international students must also score a minimum of 7.0 or higher in each component in IELTS
