In this double degree, you will develop your knowledge and expertise in accounting and develop the skills to address the wide range of legal issues that arise in contemporary business. You have the opportunity to focus on specific fields of accounting practice, including accounting information systems, financial accounting, forensic accounting, auditing and management accounting, alongside study of the legal environment and its impact on business practice in corporate governance, financial regulation, Asian and international business, human resources and workplace relations, marketing and taxation.
The course is designed for non-law and non-accounting graduates and for those who need specialist legal knowledge in their roles, such as those in regulatory, compliance or risk-management positions, who want to combine this knowledge with an advanced accounting qualification.

Entry Requirements
An Australian bachelor degree* (or equivalent) with at least 70% distinction average. Prior study must include human anatomy AND pharmacology units**. *Completion of undergraduate degree within last 10 years **Human anatomy example unit: BMS2011. Pharmacology example unit: PHA3011.

Backlogs : No More Than 8 for 4 year degree program and No More than 6 backlogs for 3 year degree; Applicants must prepare a Candidate Statement in which they are required to demonstrate that they possess the motivation and academic skills required to successfully complete the program.
