Founded on the understanding of capitalism, business Administration, the study of business-related activities, is one of the most consequential fields in the social sciences. Business administration aims to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the nation and humanity through the growth and development of companies. Therefore, the aim of the department is to produce future-oriented professional managers with initiative, creativity, unwavering morality, logical thinking skills, who can cope with the changes in the business environment arising from globalization and informatization.
Established in 1978, the department produced its first batch of graduates in 1982. Through organizational and structural changes the department has gone through different names (Techno-Administration, Digital Administration, Business Administration) to the current Department of Business Administration. Since its inception, the department has endeavored to produce business professionals capable of meeting the high demands of business and the demands of a rapidly changing world. The program also aims to cultivate creative and ethical professional managers who have management knowledge and practical skills with international insight. The department will continue to provide the highest quality education to its students.
