Designed for students with a computer science, software/computer systems engineering, information technology, information systems or equivalent computing-rich background, this course builds on your existing computer science, research and professional skills.
It provides graduates with not only the practical and theoretical aspects of computer science, but also an understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities and an awareness of social, economic, cultural and environmental aspects of computer science in a global community.
Projects and coursework have been designed to address topical concerns in industry and society preparing graduates for further enrolment in a higher degree by research or employment in a computing-related field.
The course is offered at Flinders’ Tonsley innovation precinct.
