An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with a credit (60%) average. AND Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent accredited professional registration body. AND A minimum of two years equivalent full-time experience in a cognate discipline and evidence of current engagement in Clinical Practice in the area of specialisation. ELIGIBILITY: For applicants who meet the entry criteria for Entry Level 1 (72 credit points) but not Entry Level 2 (48 credit points), a Professional Portfolio must be submitted. AIM OF PORTFOLIO: The Professional Portfolio should demonstrate continued professional learning in the applicant’s professional discipline and outcomes and achievements in their area of practice. The Portfolio should provide evidence of activities and outcomes equivalent to the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Level 8 https://www.aqf.edu.au/). Documents required: 1. Prepare a Professional Portfolio according to the specified criteria and template. 2. Sign the statutory declaration that all the information provided is a true and accurate.
