You can choose from two majors as part of this main study area:
Mechanical engineering
The mechanical engineering major provides advanced theoretical understanding and knowledge of current professional engineering practices in mechanical engineering. It focuses on the technical discipline area, sustainable and ethical considerations, and evidence-based practices.
Mechanical with management
The mechanical with management major offers an engineering management qualification to practising engineers, specialising in mechanical engineering. It combines a formal qualification in management with advanced mechanical engineering skills and knowledge.
This course is suitable for practising engineers who want to change engineering disciplines and attain postgraduate qualifications.

Entry Requirements
Bachelor or higher degree from a recognised Indian institution completed within five years of starting at QUT, and 65% in the High School English Core subject awarded by CISCE or CBSE.
