The Bachelor of Public Health and Bachelor of Sustainability and Environment at UTS is designed for those committed to addressing emerging health and sustainability challenges. This program provides the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to the complex health issues of our time, with a focus on ecological and planetary health.
In the public health component, you will develop a solid understanding of public health principles, particularly the social model of health. This includes learning to interpret scientific evidence and data to inform health practices and policies. You can take core and elective subjects in areas such as Indigenous health, health promotion, or global health issues, ensuring a well-rounded education that meets the demands of the public health sector.
