The Master’s in Space Technology Applications at Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) — often referred to as the MASTA (Master Programme on Space Technology Applications) — is a full‑time, application‑oriented graduate programme in English that prepares students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in the use of space technologies for real‑world applications. Launched in 2006 with support from the Secretariat of Asia‑Pacific Multilateral Cooperation in Space Technology and Applications (AP‑MCSTA), it is designed for professionals and graduates keen to deepen their understanding of space systems and their applications in areas such as remote sensing and geographic information systems (RS&GIS), global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), micro‑satellite technology, satellite communications, space project management, space law and policy, and space science and environment.
