The Business Analytics Programme offers students unique knowledge and skills in big data analysis that would allow them to make informed, data-driven strategic business decisions through the application of management science concepts. Specifically, business analytics professionals are required to understand, compare and contrast different big-data-analysis techniques; identity, evaluate, and capture data-oriented business opportunities that create values; as well as understand the current trend of data mining methods, while being aware of the ethical issues in data usages.
