The Master’s in Public Health (MPH) at Nanjing Medical University (NMU) in Nanjing, China is a two‑year full‑time postgraduate program taught in English and designed to prepare students for careers in global public health, disease prevention, health policy, health education, and health management. It emphasizes the development of analytical and methodological skills needed to assess and address major health challenges, including the prevention and control of infectious diseases like SARS, HIV, tuberculosis, influenza, as well as chronic diseases, through evidence‑based strategies, health interventions, and policy evaluation.
