Education Economics and Management at Nanjing Normal University is an academic program that combines economic analysis, management theory, and education studies to prepare students for leadership and decision-making roles within educational systems. The curriculum covers core topics such as education economics, education finance, policy analysis, human resource management in education, organizational behavior, and strategic planning in educational institutions.
