Students in the program build a strong base in mathematics, programming, algorithms, data structures, and information theory, then progress to advanced topics such as machine learning, deep learning, data mining, computer vision, human-machine interaction, and intelligent system design. Practical training through labs, projects, and team-based design experience enables students to apply intelligent technologies to real-world problems in industrial, commercial, and social settings.
The major is designed to cultivate graduates who possess both solid scientific knowledge and strong engineering skills, with competencies in intelligent data analysis, AI system development, robotics, and intelligent decision-making. Graduates are well-prepared to work in AI research and development, smart robotics, data science, software engineering, autonomous systems, and related high-tech industries, or to pursue advanced graduate study in intelligence science, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary engineering fields.
NOTE: The university may have additional program-specific eligibility requirements. It is recommended to verify these on the official university website.
