Using chemical theories and methods, we study the chemical composition, distribution, properties and processes of different parts of the ocean, as well as the chemical issues in the development and utilization of marine chemical resources.
Main research areas: Isotope marine chemistry, marine biogeochemistry, polar marine chemistry, marine organic chemistry, marine geochemistry, marine environmental and resource chemistry, etc.
