Based on the fundamental theories of acoustics, optics, electronics, marine science, and information science, and with physical means as the main focus, we conduct research on related theories, methods, and implementation technologies to serve marine scientific research, marine resource development, marine national defense and security, rights protection, and marine environmental protection. Main research areas: underwater acoustic telemetry and remote control, marine information science and engineering, marine acoustic field and signal processing, marine optical detection technology and applications, etc.
