The programme suits students from a range of different backgrounds and it is not limited to those with an urban planning undergraduate degree. Through the programme you will gain the interdisciplinary knowledge and skills required to become an urban planner, capable of tackling urban regeneration challenges in diverse contexts, and of providing a vision for future cities.
The programme is continually updated to equip students with the skills required to address urban challenges. Beginning in the 2025-26 academic year, the programme will introduce an updated core curriculum, followed by specialised tracks in Urban Regeneration, Urban Design, or Landscape Design, culminating in a research dissertation. Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in various fields, including sustainability, project management, and consulting, with the capability to create sustainable urban environments globally.
