The Master's Degree Programme in Biology of Environmental Change (BEC) is a research-oriented programme that builds knowledge on the various disciplines of biology, from molecules to ecosystem levels.

Students will achieve comprehensive methodological and theoretical knowledge in at least one specialised subject (e.g., ecology, hydrobiology or genetics and physiology), generic core competencies for scientific research, and skills to apply necessary methods both in field and laboratory.
