Interaction design focuses on shaping things for peoples use and behaviourand includes designing interactivedigital products, environments,visual communication systems, and services. Interaction design utilisesour growing understanding of designpsychology and complex systems to design interactions that allowing the user to complete the desired tasks within real environments of operation.

This programme designed for honoursgraduates or early career professionalsin product and industrial design,multimedia and game design, visualcommunication design, architecture,engineering and other design relatedfields who have a specific interest indesigning robust, usable and usefulhuman to system interactions.

This Masters programme has beendeveloped by South East Technological University in consultation with industryand is delivered though a blendedlearning approach of condensed onsitedelivery and self-directed learningsupported by online resources withinthe structured environment of a taughtprogramme.

The aim is to providemaximum flexibility for learners tobalance their studies with their otherwork and life commitments. Theprogramme is centred around thedevelopment and delivery of a majorproject which can be either theorybased or rooted in the learners currentworking practices.
