This Master of Science (M.Sc) provides insights into Earth’s processes and resources, impacting all aspects of life, from energy production to built infrastructures, from natural hazards to technological materials, providing experties in:
• Resource management. By investigating and managing water, critical minerals, fossil and green/blue energy, ensuring sustainable practices, geologists drive economic development.
• Disaster Mitigation. Predicting and mitigating the impacts of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides…, geologists save lives and infrastructures.
• Environmental Protection. Geosciences provide foundations for environmental assessments, addressing soil/water pollution and habitat degradation.
