This new Bachelor’s Degree course, entirely in English, provides in-depth basic
training for those interested in studying the transnational and European dimension
of legal sciences. It aims at training legal professionals with specifical skills in
transnational and European law. The objectives of such study programme involve
an interdisciplinary knowledge and specialised legal skills in areas affected by an
increasing interculturality. This allows graduates to address issues related to the
transnationality of various legal relationships.
Thanks to this multidisciplinary approach, the Course appears different from both
the traditional Master’s Degree in Law and the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in
Labour Consultant and Legal Services Sciences, as well as from the Bachelor’s
Degree Programme in Law and New Technologies, all active at UniME, because of
its merit and method. Such proposal regarding this new Course is also innovative
compared to the already existing offerings nationally: neither in Southern Italy nor
in the Italian islands are three courses of the same type, and even those active in
universities in Central-Northern Italy have characteristics and contents different from
the ones provided in this Course.
Graduates can either complete their Course with a Master’s Degree (primarily
the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Law, as well as various Master’s Degree
Programmes, both national and international, in the fields of Law, Economics,
Political Sciences, and International Relations) or immediately pursue a professional
career in different legal-based fields, including internationally
