The Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering prepares engineers with solid technical and design-oriented knowledge in the areas of electrical, information, and mechanical engineering. Graduates are able to design, implement, and manage devices and systems with high integration between mechanical and electronic parts. The programme’s core objective is to provide an interdisciplinary preparation, enabling mechatronic engineers to integrate cutting-edge technologies – such as modern sensor, electronic actuators, and electric drives – into an electromechanical project, that is controlled in real-time by embedded computers. These systems address the increasing needs of industry sectors including automation, manufacturing, energy, robotics and automotive.
