The YLP (Young Leaders’ Program in Law) at Kyushu University is a one-year English-taught postgraduate program offered by the Graduate School of Law that is designed to cultivate future legal and policy leaders from Asia and other regions by providing advanced academic and professional training in legal systems, public administration, and governance. The curriculum integrates specialised coursework in areas such as comparative law, international law, constitutional law, public policy, dispute resolution, and global governance, enabling students to develop analytical, leadership, and policy-making competencies in addressing legal and institutional challenges within international and domestic contexts.
