As in the Master’s Program, nine research groups are assigned. In the research guidance subjects, students acquire the advanced and specialized knowledge and abilities necessary to conduct research and projects through seminars, experiments, practical training, and exercises conducted by each research group, and work on their doctoral dissertations. The program fosters the ability to understand the problems facing the green environment from multiple perspectives in a wide range of academic fields, the ability to apply specialized knowledge and skills to problem solving, and the ability to think and express ideas originally and logically, and trains highly skilled professionals and researchers with the ability to play an active role in specialized fields related to green environmental science.
