The Education major at the Department of Education explores education and human development from international
and interdisciplinary perspectives. You will take three core courses on Comparative Education, International Education, and Education and International Development, and three foundations courses on Curriculum and Instruction,
Philosophy of Education, and Sociology of Education. The major prepares future educators, researchers, and global
citizens who can create education for sustainable futures that respects human dignity. We look forward to welcoming
