Master of Science in Nutrition takes an interdisciplinary approach to the study of food and nutrition. Students complete mandatory basic courses in food and nutrition in addition to additional courses in an approved concentration that most students develop on their own. The program’s adaptability makes it appropriate for a variety of graduate students, including those with limited undergraduate food or nutrition training, those with an existing registered dietetics credential who wish to obtain an advanced degree.
NOTE: The university may have additional program-specific eligibility requirements. It is recommended to verify these on the official university website.
