This program allows learners to acquire deep knowledge and skills to effectively hold a managerial position within a business, industry, or organization. Learners will be presented with core modules as well as electives to specialize within a specific area. Learners will initially be exposed to strategy and strategic objectives of the organization, strategic human resource management, strategic finance, strategic marketing, strategic operations management, reflective practice, and research methods. The core modules of this program allow learners to analyze and assess various business problems and opportunities and use tools which are applicable to different organizations and different industries and sectors. Following this, learners will be able to select their area of specialization and focus their learning specifically on their targeted subject area, and can proceed with further studies such as an MBA program, also offered at eie.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must either hold a bachelor’s degree at MQF Level 6 or an equivalent qualification, or, if they do not possess a bachelor’s degree, be at least 25 years old with a minimum of five years of proven managerial experience that demonstrates responsibility and leadership equivalent to an undergraduate degree. In addition, all applicants are required to demonstrate English language proficiency. Those whose native language is not English must provide proof of proficiency through an internationally recognized test such as IELTS (minimum score of 6.5) or an equivalent qualification.
