This program allows learners to acquire deep knowledge and skills to effectively hold a managerial position within the tourism and hospitality sector. Learners will be presented with core modules as well as electives to specialize within a specific area. Learners will initially be exposed to strategy and strategic objectives of the organization, strategic human resource management, strategic finance, strategic marketing, strategic operations management, and reflective practice. The Tourism and Hospitality modules, allow learners to analyze and assess various business problems and opportunities and use tools which are applicable to the Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Learners who have successfully acquired this Post Graduate Diploma, (MQF level 7, 60 ECTS) shall be able to apply for managerial and director jobs within the field of business administration, hospitality, and tourism management. Furthermore, this program also targets individuals who are already holding a managerial or directorship position and who would like to further their studies and would like to be more effective in their tourism and hospitality related roles. This program does not lead to a warranted or regulated profession, but allows holders to further their studies up to Master of Business Administration (MBA) level, or MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management , which are both offered at eie European Business School.
