The aim of the Level 4 qualifications is to provide learners with the technical skills and knowledge needed to work in the information technology (IT) industry. The qualifications provide the opportunity for individuals to forge a career in IT by seeking a greater knowledge and understanding of the industry, and to support the individual’s development into technical positions.
The aim for the Level 5 qualifications is to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop a broad base of knowledge and skills that will enable them to work in a variety of roles in the IT industry, notably in .NET programming, system administration and network security. Learners will learn about entrepreneurship in a techno environment. The qualifications are flexible in that it offers elective choices of networking, web design or e-commerce – the latter being much in demand in modern business.

Remarks
This Program includes Level 4 & 5. Year 1 will be Level 4 and Year 2 will be Level 5. After completing Level 4 and 5 Diploma, students will have the option to progress to a Level 6 Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree (top-up) at the European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology, Malta. The first two years of the diploma program will be conducted face-to-face, while the third year of the bachelor’s program will be completed remotely.
