It encompasses the study of strategies and techniques to achieve excellence, as well as the development of policies, plans, and operations for logistics systems such as ports, airports, roads, and railways to enhance national competitiveness.

In particular, in the 21st-century global business and information age, our goal is to produce 'globally-oriented logistics and distribution experts with practical knowledge and international sensibilities.' These experts will play a leading role in advancing the government's efforts to promote economic development in Northeast Asia and drive logistics innovation in the corporate sector. To achieve this, the Department of International Logistics has developed and is implementing a 'Penta-Track Curriculum' designed to strengthen mid-to-long-term development goals, adapt to evolving logistics environments, and build a solid foundation of business fundamentals and practical skills
