Jeonbuk National University School of Dentistry (JBNUSD) was established in 1979. With the goal of nurturing global dental professionals with both integrity and expertise, our school is the only dental institution in Korea to fully implement Problem-Based Learning (PBL), leading the way in dental education. Additionally, through one-on-one personalized training, PBCL education, international exchanges, academic activities, and volunteer programs, we have established an innovative educational system. As a result, we became the first dental school in Korea to receive the highest six-year accreditation (2021–2027) from the Korean Institute of Dental Education and Evaluation. With outstanding research capabilities, our faculty, graduate students, and researchers actively engage in academic studies. We also collaborate with prestigious universities in the United States, Canada, Japan, China, and Vietnam, offering exchange programs that help students develop a global perspective in dentistry.
NOTE: The university may have additional program-specific eligibility requirements. It is recommended to verify these on the official university website.
