The Department of Business Administration covers core areas such as marketing, human resources, operations, finance, accounting, and management information systems. Students have the flexibility to deepen their expertise in specific areas within the Business Administration major or design their specialized fields by integrating various disciplines across the school and Kookmin University as a whole. Through domestic internship programs provided by the business school, students gain valuable on-the-job experience. Additionally, international internship opportunities with leading global companies and exchange programs with overseas universities, facilitated through MOUs, help students develop a global perspective and professional expertise. Moreover, the department offers tailor-made overseas study tours and courses designed in collaboration with faculty advisors to meet diverse student needs.
