A Master’s in Nano-Semiconductor Engineering is a postgraduate program focused on the design, fabrication, and characterization of semiconductor materials and devices at the nanoscale. The program combines principles of physics, materials science, and electrical engineering to study advanced semiconductor technologies used in modern electronics. Key areas include nanoelectronics, semiconductor device physics, quantum effects in nanostructures, integrated circuits, micro- and nanofabrication techniques, thin-film technology, and semiconductor material processing. Students also gain hands-on experience with cleanroom technologies, lithography, electron microscopy, and device simulation tools. The program emphasizes the development of next-generation technologies such as high-performance chips, nanoscale transistors, optoelectronic devices, and energy-efficient electronic systems. Graduates are prepared for careers in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and chip design industries, nanotechnology firms, research laboratories, and advanced R&D in microelectronics and quantum devices.
NOTE: The university may have additional program-specific eligibility requirements. It is recommended to verify these on the official university website.
