The Ph.D. in Global Leadership (Ph.D.GL) is a 3-year Doctorate program designed for individuals and professionals who desire to advance their skills as Christian leaders both in their local or global setting. This program is also designed to give the students competence in the area for advanced research, education and publication. After the program, the students will have a comprehensive knowledge of the discipline for research, teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and mission.
