ThM is a two-year advanced program for MDiv graduates to develop a high degree of competency in a specific field of specialization. Concentrations are available from all departments. The degree is often viewed as a stepping-stone for doctoral studies and is thus ideal for more rigorous and academic study of a specific area of biblical, theological, historical, or applied studies. ThM requires either a thesis or two major academic papers.

M.T.S. degree is designed 2 years and 33 credit hours program. The eleven courses listed comprise the degree of Master of Theological Studies.
