The Bachelor’s in Human Science and Society at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program that examines human behavior, social structures, and contemporary societal issues from multiple perspectives, including sociology, psychology, social welfare, political science, and cultural studies. The program is designed to help students understand how individuals interact with communities, institutions, and global systems while developing strong analytical, communication, and research skills. Students study topics such as social inequality, family and gender, public policy, globalization, human rights, and social change, and may also engage with data analysis and social research methods. Through this broad and integrative curriculum, graduates are prepared for careers in public policy, social services, education, research, international organizations, media, and community development, or for further study in the social sciences.
