This two-year master programme is designed for students who are interested in Management Accounting and Control, with a focus on process management. In today’s dynamic environments, Management Accounting and Control plays an important role in contemporary organisations. It requires Controllers who are reflective and capable of interpreting information, including its possibilities and limitations. The programme therefore aims to not only deepen your knowledge and interest in the field but also to develop your ability to act as a reflective, critical, confident and responsible practitioner.
The programme has an extensive research profile and offers the students the opportunity to advance their skills, focusing on the control of processes within private companies, public administration, and other organisations—both nationally and internationally. Throughout the programme, you will engage in courses such as Contemporary Perspectives on Management Accounting (first semester) and Process-Based Management Control (second semester). A significant part of the programme is co-taught with logistics students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
During the first semester, your studies will focus on Management Accounting and Control courses, giving you a solid foundation in the field. There is also an option to complete a one-year master's degree, offering flexibility depending on your goals and interests.
