This degree combines mathematics and statistics with practical financial applications. It’ll prepare you for a career in banking and finance.

You spend most of your time studying mathematics and statistics. In your remaining time, you’ll study accountancy and corporate finance. Your business-related subjects will take place at the Newcastle University Business School.

You’ll take core modules from our mathematics and statistics programmes. You’ll also take specialist topics with financial applications, such as financial modelling.

Corporate finance modules, including interpreting company accounts and international finance management complement this.
