At Robert Gordon University, the BSc Adult Nursing course will provide you with the capabilities to support the health and wellbeing of adults in a variety of contexts including hospital and home settings. You will be proficient in delivering compassionate care to adults who are experiencing acute/long-term illnesses and injury.
In Year 1 and 2 your learning will be generic to all nursing fields so you’re confident in providing essential care to everyone regardless of their age or ailment. Year 3 focusses on integrating this knowledge, skills and attributes for working autonomously with adult patients.
Practice learning experiences are integrated throughout the course allowing you to contextualise your learning in the adult nursing field whilst developing your professional knowledge and understanding.
