55-60% Honours degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering. Consideration will also be given to candidates with other relevant professional qualifications in a discipline related to the built environment and/or professional experience. Evidence of motivation will be sought. A portfolio of project work may be required from studio-based first qualification holders.

Remarks

Entry requirement is first-class undergraduate degree (approx 60%) from a recognised Indian institution but they will accept 55% from University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, University of Delhi, ITs and IIMs, etc. MOI is acceptable if student is from CBSE/CISCE background and IELTS is short by 0.5 Band in any section.
