The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design implements an immersive curriculum which develops within students a wide variety of skills including both residential and commercial design.
MC's program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation. Professors desire to pour into students and broaden their understanding of interior design, strengthen their skills, and motivate academic interest and professional knowledge.
Interior design students will experience project-based learning which allows for creative interpretation and application. Classes such as interior design fundamentals, history of architecture and interiors, color and lighting, schematic design, and software training are built to equip students for careers in design, sales, design journalism, and even historic preservationism.
