New York Institute of Technology, or New York Tech, is a private, not-for-profit, accredited, doctoral and research university. The university has several locations, including the main campuses in Long Island and New York City, New York, and other campuses in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Vancouver, Canada
The seven schools and colleges at New York Tech infuse technology into all of their programs spanning a range of disciplines including architecture and design; engineering, computer science, data, and cybersecurity; communications and marketing; health and medicine; biology and biomedical studies; business; and more. They offer degree programs through the School of Architecture and Design, School of Management, School of Health Professions, College of Engineering and Computing Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Osteopathic Medicine. The university offers an entire range of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. They offer several doctoral degree programs, including the new Computer Science, Ph.D., Occupational Therapy, OTD, Osteopathic Medicine, D.O., and Physical Therapy, D.P.T. programs

There are many notable alumni in the university including Vincent L. Sadusky, the Chief Executive Officer at Univision Communications Inc, and Kyriacos A. Athanasiou the Chair of the Biomedical Engineering department at the University of California.
