Crandall University’s campus has two residence buildings available for rent from May-August through Conference Services. Space in either building can be booked individually or in blocks for large events. Limited parking for the residence buildings is available.
Colburne House is Crandall University’s traditional-style residence wherein guests can request a double or single room and stay in pods (maximum of six individuals per pod). Each of the three floors have a common area which seats 12 – 20, and each of the six wings have a recently updated lounge with kitchenette. Coin operated laundry facilities are located in the building.
Mitton Court is Crandall University’s apartment-style residence. This building has 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments available on four floors. There is a common room on the first floor that can seat up to 15 guests. Coin operated laundry facilities are located in the building. Mitton Court provides a quiet, comfortable option, ideal for longer stays.
