The Department of Global Culinary Art and Pastry major aims to educate and nurture talented people who possess creative, convergent, and practical international skills. The Department's curriculum consists of professional education programs where the students can engage in restaurant industries in Korea as well as anywhere in the world. The students learn about gastronomy, kitchen operations and management, food and beverage services, pastry and bread baking practices, food and wine pairing, and marketing strategies for the restaurant industry.
