This program provides you with the opportunity to specialize in a chosen field of Hospitality and Tourism research. You will understand, study and demonstrate your expertise in a hospitality and tourism topic through your dissertation. You will develop your research skills through two taught modules, i.e. research methods and quantitative or qualitative methods.
