The Master of Business Administration program has four research directions:
1. Corporate Governance and Strategic Management : This research area focuses on corporate governance theory and practice, corporate governance and strategic decision-making, production and operations management, core competencies and strategic management of enterprises, strategic transformation of Zhejiang entrepreneurs, industrial cluster upgrading, business model innovation, and corporate performance evaluation. It emphasizes the integration of theoretical research with corporate practice.
2. Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management: This research area covers corporate leadership, organizational behavior and business ethics, entrepreneurial management, human resource development and management, as well as decision-making behavior and learning teams.
3. Marketing and Service Management: This research focuses on new concepts and methods in the field of modern marketing and service management, with an emphasis on the theories and practices of service marketing, (mobile) internet marketing, social media marketing, big data marketing, marketing engineering, and knowledge-intensive service industry enterprise management, which have developed rapidly in recent years.
4. Logistics and Supply Chain Management: This research focuses on new concepts and methods in supply chain management and modern logistics, with an emphasis on cutting-edge issues in these areas. Key areas of focus include the theory and practice of behavioral supply chains, e-commerce supply chains, closed-loop supply chains, supply chain finance, emergency supply chains, customer behavior-driven supply chain operations, corporate social responsibility in the supply chain, and logistics system optimization.
