Relying on the discipline of Chemical Engineering and Technology, this Program continuously strengthens teaching and research capabilities in chemical engineering, chemical process, and industrial catalysis. It has developed several cutting-edge research directions aimed at international academic frontier, including "hypergravity and process intensification", "hydrogen energy and industrial catalysis", "efficient separation and green chemical engineering", and "energy storage and efficient resource utilization". Among the full-time teachers, there are 71 doctoral supervisors, 122 master's supervisors and over 100 teachers with senior titles. The teachers with Ph.D degree account for about 90% of the total teachers. More than 900 academic papers are published annually, among which over 700 are indexed in SCI (including more than 400 papers published in TOP journals). In addition, nearly 90 domestic and international invention patents are authorized annually.
