The purpose of this programme is to equip students with a general knowledge of biology, chemistry, physics, technical sciences and economics; a special knowledge of food sciences; a professional knowledge of food processing technologies and the theoretical knowledge to enable them to proceed with their studies at master’s (MSc) level.

Grade 12 with minimum 60% from a recognised institution. Subject must include Mathematics.
Remarks
In case the student has completed his/her previous level of studies in English, proof can be uploaded about the fact that the language of instruction was English, issued by the institution. Deadline to complete the tuition fee payment: 15 July 2026. Deadline for requests of a full refund: before the enrolment deadline. According to the planned timetable of the 2026/27 academic year, provisionally 28 August 2026. (Finalisation of the date is expected in March 2026.)
