The Neurosciences program from University of Palermo mainly prepare an expert in Neuroscience and Neurobiology. Graduates of the Neuroscience program who will complete their training with post-graduate courses, such as PhDs, Specializations and other Masters, can have access to all managerial professions (according to the criteria required by the calls of the individual structures) in research and development divisions in public and private hospitals, IRCCS, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, companies and innovative start-ups aimed at the creation of new neurological drugs, new bioengineering technologies for the management, diagnosis and innovative treatment of diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system.
