The programme explores the relationship between wellbeing, sport and health and prepares you to plan and manage sporting events and activities in the wellbeing field. It prepares you to enter a job market that requires highly qualified professionals with specific skills for optimizing physical and mental well-being, as well as transversal, management and communication skills.
The programme is based on a multidisciplinary approach developed along three fundamental areas: scientific area (biology, physiology and biochemistry), area of motor sciences and sport, area of social and human sciences. Furthermore, through internships, you will be able to focus your learning on specific areas of professional interest.
In the context of experiences abroad, the programme provides the opportunity to undertake internships with international organizations and participate in exchange programmes. These experiences offer direct contact with international realities, enriching understanding of global dynamics and providing a tangible advantage in the international job market.
