The programme focuses on the sea and the sustainable exploitation of its resources. Based in Ravenna, it is supported by the local industry, a world leader in the offshore sector. This interdisciplinary and international programme prepares you to deal competently and innovatively with the challenges and opportunities posed by the transition to the global energy market.

Starting with an in-depth analysis of the marine environment and its conventional and renewable resources, the programme provides sound skills in the areas of plant, structural and materials engineering, combined with an excellent understanding of the drivers of safety and environmental sustainability, which are key enablers for the design and operational management of offshore systems.

The programme develops the ability, inherent to energy-related industries, to operate in the global environment thanks to international ERASMUS+ mobility scheme for study purposes, internships and thesis completion and to dedicated scholarships.
