Students learn to apply strategic thinking and analytical frameworks to real-world business challenges. The course covers the fundamental theories and evolution of strategic management, tools for external and internal environment analysis, strategic planning and decision-making processes, competitive advantage, and the implementation and evaluation of strategies. It helps students understand how organizations set long-term goals, respond to competitive pressures, and adapt to change in dynamic markets.
By engaging with case studies, business examples, and strategic frameworks, students develop the ability to evaluate complex business situations, formulate effective strategies, and support strategic decision-making in managerial roles.
